Training Module 2: 


Business Development in Sustainable Sanitation and Water Management

Content: 

  • Presentation of business cases
  • Market Analysis and assessment of new products and services in Sustainable Sanitation and Water Management (SSWM)
  • Development of business models and business plans
  • Setting up a business – practical and legal aspects
  • Financing / funding options and strategies
  • Environmental analysis framework (economic, cultural, political, demographic factors, local stakeholder issues)
