Cewas te acelera is a hybrid acceleration program (virtual and in-person) running for one year (May 2025– April 2026). It is the first program of its kind that Cewas implements in Latin America, with the support and funding of The Coca-Cola Foundation.
The program aims to strengthen and empower up to 5 companies and startups that provide sustainable solutions in water and sanitation, helping them optimize their business models, expand their customer base, and generate significant large-scale impact.
To achieve this, it combines:
- Capacity building and personalized mentoring tailored to each business.
- Specialized technical advisory in water and sanitation solutions.
- Access to a catalytic fund of up to USD 10,000 to implement transformation projects.
- Strategic connections with ecosystem partners and potential investors.
In the first phase of the program, and after applying eligibility criteria related to business maturity, revenue generation, impact potential, and team strength, 8 startups were selected.
They participated in 5 virtual sessions addressing key topics such as business diagnosis, market analysis and positioning, financial management, impact indicators, and pitching strategies for investors and partners. Later, between June 26 and July 1, 2025, an innovation camp was held to identify growth triggers and prepare businesses to scale exponentially.
At the end of this stage, 5 companies were selected as winners of the transformation funds. They are currently in the due diligence process, with their projects expected to be implemented between September 2025 and March 2026, consolidating results with the potential for large-scale impact.
